EDGE: As a dietary supplement, mix one packet with 12–16 ounces of water and shake or stir vigorously. Do not exceed the daily serving within a 24-hour period unless otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.
You may have caffeine at other times in your day, or not. If you don’t consume caffeine, start with 1 packet to assess tolerance and increase to 3 as needed. Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine or paraxanthine* (or a combination of the two) in any 24-hour period

*Korrect Edge™ contains 200mg paraxanthine per packet.
