Refund Policy

We hope you love your products as much as we loved making them. In the event you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.

Refund Qualifications

To be eligible for a refund, the following initial criteria must be met:

• All refunds must be related to an order placed on korrectlife.com. We do not offer refunds on items purchased outside of our website.
• The refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• The order must be marked as delivered, or was otherwise lost in transit. We do not offer refunds on orders still in transit.
• Please notify our team by contacting us at cx@korrectlife.com,  telling us why it wasn’t a fit for you, and we’ll get you a refund started on the spot - no return necessary. We just ask that you try it out for up to two weeks to give it a fair shot.
• Your refund will process back to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note the original shipping cost and any applicable tax will be deducted from the refund of the product price. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
