No, all packages are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that all import duties, taxes, and associated fees are covered prior to shipment. This ensures a seamless delivery process with no unexpected costs upon arrival.

What is the shipping timeline to Canada?

All orders require a 24-hour processing time. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time (US) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM Central Time (US) will ship on Monday unless there is a federal holiday, in which case they will ship on the next business day.

Typically, shipments to Canada arrive within 6 to 9

What if my package is delayed at customs?
