No. Due to the naturally-occurring caffeine in green coffee and green tea—even the decaffeinated versions used in Edge—there is a small amount of residual caffeine that is unavoidable. Each Edge stick contains approximately 3mg of caffeine. For reference, a 12-ounce cup of coffee generally contains around 100mg of caffeine, and energy drinks may contain up to 300mg.

So this seems like a more powerful version of the energy. However I did notice it also does put me into a better mood than the energy. On a really busy I will use this morning and then take an energy pill in the afternoon if I need a little extra boost to finish strong. However do to the price point its not the type of supplement I would personally use daily. Just for the super busy days.
