Running on sugar and hoping for the best?
Most "energy" comes from quick carbs and sugar — a fast spike, then a hard crash that leaves your brain foggy and your body flat. Sports drinks pile on sugar. Plain electrolytes hydrate but don't fuel. Your body ends up riding a blood-sugar rollercoaster all day.
Korrect Fuel™ solves the fuel problem at the source.
There are ketone supplements, and then there's Korrect Fuel™. Our proprietary Kor-Flow™ blend leverages the ketone goBHB® — which contributes ATP energy like glucose, but without the downsides — along with Metabolyte™, a compound that helps the body transition to burning more fat than carbs.† With key electrolytes and select trace minerals from pink Himalayan salt, Fuel helps optimize your body's cellular energy while supporting hydration.†
Fuel supplies exogenous ketones while supporting your body's own ketone production — ideal if you prefer nutritional ketosis. And if you do eat carbs, it acts like a fourth macronutrient, supplying premium energy for any activity.†
The problem, solved:
- Foggy, flat afternoons → Energy for the brain and body †
- Sugary sports drinks → Hydration that supports performance †
- The blood-sugar rollercoaster → No spikes, no crashes †
Steady fuel for your brain and body — without the sugar it usually costs you.

KETONES THAT MAKE MORE KETONES
Fuel is built on a dual system that supports sustained output.
Your body makes ketones in the liver by breaking down stored or dietary fat when it needs a more sustained energy source.
Those fats are converted into ketones, which circulate in the bloodstream and are used by your cells to produce ATP, supporting steady, ongoing energy output.
Korrect Fuel delivers ketones your body can use immediately while also supporting your body’s ability to continue producing ketone-based fuel during extended effort.

Beta-hydroxybutarate (BHB) is the most prevalent ketone in the body, and GoBHB is a trademarked form of it, identical to what the liver produces on its own when following a low-carb diet. BHB crosses the blood-brain barrier easily, making it an extremely efficient source of cellular energy (ATP) for the brain, heart, and muscles.†
People tend to think of caffeine and other nootropic compounds as energy sources, but they act as stimulants. BHB, however, delivers true energy just like food does, only without the blood sugar rollercoaster (or the calories) you get from too many carbs.†
Think of BHB as food energy without the challenges associated with digestion. If you practice intermittent fasting, you can consume BHB (as well as Korrect Fuel) without “breaking” your fast!†
GoBHB has been shown to:
- Support reaction time and exercise performance†
- Promote energy without an insulin response†
Users who supplement with BHB also believe it helps them make the transition into a state of ketosis more easily, reducing the foggy-headed, sluggish feelings often associated with the early days of a ketogenic diet. Dieters also report that, in contrast to other exogenous ketone products such as esters and salts, BHB doesn’t cause the same stomach discomfort.

Metabolyte is a branded phaseolusate, a compound that exists naturally in green beans. It provides the body with dodecanediodic acid (DDDA), which helps promote the oxidation of fatty acids for fuel.† That means that Metabolyte helps you tap into fat to power your activities, reducing your body’s reliance on glycogen (stored carbohydrate).† Getting more of your cellular energy from fat leaves you with more glycogen to access when needed—particularly during exercise—so Metabolyte can support muscle endurance.†
Furthermore, phaseolusates are minerals. Since you lose minerals through sweat when you exercise, Metabolyte can help restore them.†
Metabolyte has been shown to:
- Support a healthy metabolism†
- Assist with endurance exercise performance†
- Burn triglycerides, cholesterol, and fatty acids in the liver†
- Support hydration†
Unlike carbohydrates, Metabolyte provides energy without affecting blood glucose or insulin levels.† In other words, it doesn’t cause an insulin response when ingested, so there’s no energy-robbing spike and subsequent blood sugar crash.†

Ketone supplements are known to have unpleasant flavors, so we had to find a way to make Korrect Fuel delicious without adding sugar or calories. The solution was glycosides, a type of sugar molecule that’s not absorbed in the upper GI tract, so it doesn’t impact blood glucose levels like regular sugar does.†
Glyvia is made of plant glycosides and acts as a calorie-free sweetener. An ingredient now found in keto desserts, people report that Glyvia offers the same taste and mouthfeel as sugar.

Does Korrect Fuel™ Have Caffeine?
Yes, but it’s not the basis for the formula. Fuel contains a mere 20mg of caffeine from coffee beans—less than one-quarter of what is found in a typical 12-ounce cup of coffee—for the sake of helping to trigger a little more fatty acid oxidation.†
Depending on how sensitive you are to caffeine, the dosage in Fuel may be enough to give you some of the mental acuity benefits normally associated with caffeine, but it isn’t likely to impact your sleep. Just to hedge your bets, it’s best not to consume Fuel close to your bedtime.
-
What’s The Difference Between Korrect Fuel ™ and Korrect Energy™?
Fuel uses compounds that help your body burn fat for energy and maintain hydration.† Energy, on the other hand, supports your body’s dopamine levels to help you achieve a sense of encouragement as well as support endurance and power.† Think of Energy as the motivation to do great things, and Fuel as the momentum you need to get them done.
You can take Fuel and Energy separately or together. For instance, you may choose to start your day with Energy, and use Fuel around your workout time for its hydrating properties. You can also combine Energy and Fuel at the same time if you want a donkey kick of power for just about any pursuit.
Our goal at Korrect is to help you tap into more of everything: more output of work that brings you closer to your dreams, more reps in the gym that hone your body, and more things in general that bring you joy. Energy and Fuel help you access that gas tank and keep it topped off.
-
Can I Stack Korrect Fuel™ With Korrect Energy™?
Yes! Taken together, we believe Fuel and Energy provide an even greater effect. Imagine the attention and reaction time you get from coffee or a good pre-workout drink. Think of the replenishment you get from a hydration supplement or the clear-headed focus you value in a low-carb diet.† Now combine the feeling of all of the above and you’ve got what Energy and Fuel can do when taken together.
At Korrect, we believe that action precedes inspiration—before you can decide which direction you want to go, you have to get moving in the first place. If Energy helps you get up and going, Fuel keeps you on track. Together, they support the cycle of motivation, action, and inspiration, boosting your resilience until eventual success.
Just be aware that a serving of Fuel packs 20mg of caffeine and each capsule of Energy contains 100mg of paraxanthine (a metabolite of caffeine), and one should not exceed 400mg of caffeine or paraxanthine in a 24-hour period. Therefore, while it’s fine to stack these two formulas, be aware of how much caffeine and paraxanthine you’re ingesting over the course of your day.
-
How Does Korrect Fuel™ Taste?
Absolutely freaking amazing! Seriously, the Melonberry flavor tastes like a mix of cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, and mixed berries, and yet there’s not a gram of sugar in it. The taste is achieved with Glyvia®, a compound that is calorie-free and has no effect on blood glucose levels.† Nevertheless, it’s becoming common in keto desserts for its near-identical sugar taste. Don’t be surprised if you want to sip Fuel multiple times a day just for its delicious flavor.
Many people report that other hydration drinks don’t taste good to them. Some say Liquid I.V.® is too sweet, while LMNT® is too salty for their palate. We think Korrect Fuel hits the sweet (but not too sweet) spot in between.
-
When Should I Take Korrect Fuel™?
Fuel can really be taken almost anytime. Try it in the morning, with or without a serving of Korrect Energy, to help you get energized for the day.† You can also take it right before a workout or sports activity to help support muscle endurance.† During a long workout, or one in which you’re sweating heavily, Fuel can help to restore the electrolytes you’re losing, thereby helping you maintain hydration.† Another option is to take it after your workout to fully replenish what you’ve sweated out. There’s also no harm in having a glass here and there throughout the day whenever you want a boost, or a healthy alternative to sodas or other sweet or highly-caffeinated drinks.
Just be wary of consuming Fuel close to your bedtime. Since it does contain some caffeine, you’ll want to give it a few hours to get out of your system before you try to wind down for the night.
“Korrect Fuel doesn’t just give you exogenous ketones—it actually helps your body start producing its own. That means you stay in a fat-burning state longer, with clean energy that keeps you going”
– Aubrey Marcus, co-founder of Onnit and now Korrect™
THE SYSTEM BEHIND SUSTAINED OUTPUT
Fuel is not built around stimulation. It is built around how your body produces and sustains output.
When you use Fuel, ketones are introduced through goBHB, giving your body immediate access to a usable fuel source. As your body begins to utilize these ketones, Metabolyte supports continued ketone-based fuel production by shifting substrate (energy) use and reinforcing that metabolic state.
Metabolyte is rapidly oxidized and used by the body as a fuel source, while also shifting how energy is utilized by competing with glucose and supporting alternative metabolic pathways.
Through its metabolism, it feeds into core energy cycles that support continued fuel production while sparing your muscle glycogen for additional endurance.
This type of support becomes especially valuable during periods of caloric deficit, fasting, endurance training, or GLP-1 use, when hydration, muscular endurance, and sustained physical output can become harder to maintain consistently.
Together, these two components form a reinforcing system. Ketones are introduced. The body begins using them. The system supports staying in that state. Your body operates on a more stable fuel foundation, helping performance remain more consistent across longer sessions and extended periods of physical demand.
Endurance holds longer. Fatigue is delayed. Output remains more consistent from start to finish. You are able to stay in motion, maintain pace, and continue performing with greater consistency across the session.
BUILT TO HOLD UNDER DEMAND
Sustained output requires more than fuel alone. It requires balance inside the system.
Korrect Fuel is built with a full support structure to ensure performance holds under real conditions. Electrolytes and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt help regulate fluid balance and support nerve signaling and muscular contraction during extended effort.
Trace minerals and Aquamin provide a broad mineral base that supports cellular processes, hydration efficiency, and structural function.
Glyvia supports metabolic balance and helps maintain steady substrate utilization so the system remains stable over time while it adds natural sweetness without calories or spikes in blood sugar.
These elements work together to support the core mechanism, ensuring that the body can continue to perform as demand increases. Fuel is designed for sustained output across training, work, and real life.
